Rewards Program
Participation in the Business Zero+ Rewards Program (“Program”) is restricted to U.S. residents who are 18 or more years old (“Cardmember”, “you”, and “your”) in whose name Elan Financial Services (“Issuer”, “we”, “us” and “our”) maintains a Business Zero+ Rewards Credit Card Account (an “Account”). Subject to these “Program Rules”, you may redeem “Cash Rewards” earned in the Program for a statement credit to your Account; a deposit into a savings or checking account; or for a Rewards Card. Program administrative services are provided by third party vendors.
Program Participation
To participate in the Program, your Account must be open and in good standing (not past due or overlimit) on the closing date of the billing cycle to earn and redeem rewards and benefits. We may alter, change, or terminate the Program at any time without advance notice. We may also disqualify Cardmembers who have violated any of these terms and conditions or the terms of their Cardmember Agreement with us. Determination and payment of tax liability is the sole responsibility of the Cardmember. The Program is void where prohibited by federal, state, or local law.
Earning Cash Rewards
You may earn Cash Rewards for Net Purchases on prepaid air, car rental, attractions and hotel purchases made via the Purchase travel link in the Rewards Center. "Net Purchases" are determined by totaling all new Purchases of air, car rental, attractions and hotel purchases made via the Rewards Center charged to the Account during a billing cycle, then subtracting credits posted to the Account during the same billing cycle for returns, chargebacks and/or other adjustments of air, car rental, attractions and hotel purchases made via the Rewards Center. Cash Rewards are not earned for any other Purchases.
You will earn 5% Cash Rewards for every $1 in eligible Net Purchases on prepaid air, car rental, attractions, and hotel purchases made via the Travel Center. Your 5% Cash Rewards will appear on your statement as “Travel Center Purchases: 5% Bonus Purchased Travel”. Please allow 1-2 statement billing cycles for your Cash Rewards to appear on your credit card statement. Cash Rewards earned can also be viewed within the Rewards Center via myaccountaccess.com. We reserve the right to adjust or reverse the number of Cash Rewards that were awarded, or Cash Rewards potentially eligible for redemption, for unauthorized Purchases.
The complete range and variety of available Cash Rewards and any other Program Rewards, and the number of Cash Rewards needed to obtain each reward is available when Cardmembers call 888-229-8864 or visit the Rewards Center at myaccountaccess.com. Elan Financial Services and/or third-party vendors may change or terminate participating merchants, withdraw, limit, modify, or cancel any rewards, add an unlimited number of blackout dates, or increase the number of cash rewards required for any reward at any time without advance notice, even though such changes may affect the accrual or value of cash rewards. Reward redemption is subject to availability based upon Cardmember’s Account mailing address.
You may only redeem Cash Rewards for rewards if the outstanding balance of your Account is below its credit limit and if your Account is open and in good standing under the terms of your Cardmember Agreement. All Cash Rewards redemptions are final. Cash Rewards are not transferable, are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used as payment for obligations owed to Elan Financial Services or its affiliates. There are no refunds, exchanges, replacements or conversions for currency, credit, other cash rewards for no-shows or unused portions or rewards, unless otherwise noted.
We reserve the right to verify and adjust Cash Rewards at any time before or after posting any redemption. Subject to applicable law, you may not redeem rewards, and you will immediately lose all of your rewards, if your Account is closed to future transactions (including, but not limited to, Program misuse, failure to pay, bankruptcy, or death).
Rewards Expiration
Cash Rewards will expire at the end of the calendar quarter, at 11:00 p.m. Central Time, that is five (5) years from the date on which they were earned. Cash Rewards are redeemed or expire on a first-in, first-out basis, so that the Cash Rewards you earned are used first before later earned Cash Rewards.

Real-Time Rewards
With Real-Time Rewards, you may instantly redeem Cash Rewards for your credit card Purchases via text messaging. The Cash Rewards redemption comes in the form of a credit to your monthly billing statement. Cash Rewards will be deducted from your Cash Rewards balance and a credit for the Purchase amount will be applied to your Account billing statement when you request redemption. For transactions which include a gratuity, fees, or estimated taxes, the statement credit may not equal your final Purchase amount. Auto bill pay transactions will be part of Real-Time Rewards text messages if the Purchase falls within your preference selections. Real-Time Rewards text messages are available only for transactions with U.S. merchants. You may sign up for Real-Time Rewards using your 10-digit U.S. mobile number. Only one mobile number may be used per credit card account. If any changes are made to your Account that will affect the card number, account ownership or your rewards program, you will need to re-enroll in Real-Time Rewards. Message and data rates may apply. The short code REDEEM (733336) is used by Real-Time Rewards to send redemption requests. Message frequency is based upon the preferences you select and the Purchases you make on your Account. You will not receive Real-Time Rewards text messages until you confirm your enrollment and preferences. You will receive a Real-Time Rewards request text message if your credit card Purchase falls within the criteria you have set up in your Real-Time Rewards preferences. Merchants who accept credit cards are assigned a merchant code based on the kinds of products and services they sell. Elan Financial Services does not control how Purchases are processed by merchants or the merchant codes they use and therefore cannot guarantee that a specific transaction will qualify. Your account must be open and in good standing (not past due or overlimit) on the closing date of the billing cycle to earn and redeem rewards and benefits. You may redeem by replying ‘REDEEM’ within 24 hours of when the message was sent. You may only redeem the most recent Real-Time Rewards text message. Upon confirmation of a redemption request, Cash Rewards will be deducted from your Cash Rewards balance immediately, and a credit to your statement will be processed within three business days and will appear on your next billing statement. The Account statement credit for a Real-Time Rewards redemption will reduce the Account balance, but will not count toward the minimum payment due. All redemptions are final. If you return the item or service that you redeemed Cash Rewards for to the merchant, the Cash Rewards will not be reinstated, but you may receive a credit to your credit card account (in accordance with the merchant’s return policy).
Mastercard Branded Prepaid Rewards Cards
Cash Rewards for Mastercard-branded rewards cards (“Rewards Cards”) are redeemed when a Rewards Card is requested by Cardmembers. At the time of the Rewards Card redemption, your Cash Rewards balance will be reduced by the number of Cash Rewards used to obtain the reward(s). Elan Financial Services will use its best reasonable efforts to issue a Rewards Card within 7-10 business days of your request. Rewards Cards lost in mail will be replaced at no cost to the Cardmember if correct address information is provided at the time of redemption. Once received, Rewards Cards can be replaced if lost or stolen if the Rewards Card number is available.
Rewards Cards are mailed only to the Cardmember’s billing address. Rewards Cards will be personalized with the Cardmember’s name and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Rewards Cards can be used at any merchant that accepts Mastercard debit cards.
Rewards as Statement Credit (Choose Your Own Rewards)
You can choose to redeem Cash Rewards for cash back in the form of a deposit as a statement credit to your Account or as a deposit into an eligible U.S. checking or savings account at the financial institution associated with your Account. Cash Rewards for cash back redemptions are deducted from the Cash Rewards balance when the cash back redemption is requested by a Cardmember.
Statement credits are issued via a credit to your Account by accessing the Rewards Center at myaccountaccess.com. A credit will be applied to your Account within 1-2 statement billing cycles. Cash Rewards redeemed for a statement credit will reduce the account balance, but will not count toward your minimum payment due.
Account deposit redemptions may be issued via an electronic ACH deposit by accessing the Rewards Center at myaccountaccess.com. Account deposit redemptions must be deposited to an account at the financial institution associated with your Account. If the financial institution associated with your credit card is Elan Financial Services you may not make account deposit redemptions, but may still redeem Cash Rewards for cash value as a statement credit. Account deposit redemptions may not be deposited to an international account. Redemptions to a checking or savings account will be applied within 7 business days of your redemption request.
You must enter an accurate routing number for the financial institution associated with your Account and an accurate account number for your cash back redemption to be processed correctly. Routing numbers entered for a cash back redemption are checked against the routing number directory maintained by the Federal Reserve. If you have entered your routing number correctly and it is not accepted by the Rewards Center, please contact your financial institution to verify the number. If your routing number still is not accepted, please call the Rewards Center at 888-229-8864. Elan Financial Services is not responsible for incorrectly entered banking information.
Limitation of Liability
In addition to other disclaimers set forth in these Program Rules, third party vendors and Elan Financial Services make no guarantees, warranties or representations of any kind, expressed or implied, with respect to the goods or services offered by any participating merchant; and shall not be liable for any loss, expense, accident, injury or inconvenience that may arise in the connection with the use of such rewards, or as a result of any defect in or failure of such rewards. Third party vendors and Elan Financial Services specifically disclaim any defect in or failure of such rewards. Third party vendors and Elan Financial Services specifically disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
