Earn and Redeem Cash Rewards

You will earn 5% Cash Rewards for every $1 in eligible Net Purchases on prepaid air, car rental, attractions, and hotel purchases made via the Rewards Center. Your 5% Cash Rewards will appear on your statement as “Travel Center Purchases: 5% Bonus Purchased Travel”. Please allow 1-2 statement billing cycles for your Cash Rewards to appear on your credit card statement. Cash Rewards earned can also be viewed within the Rewards Center via myaccountaccess.com. We reserve the right to adjust or reverse the number of Cash Rewards that were awarded, or Cash Rewards potentially eligible for redemption, for unauthorized Purchases.

Once you have earned enough cash rewards for a reward, redeeming is simple. You can go to myaccountaccess.com to turn your cash rewards into a redemption with just a few clicks of your mouse. You can also phone the Rewards Center at 888-229-8864 and a Rewards Service Advisor will assist with your redemption.

Our online redemption center is convenient and easy to use: it’s open 24 hours a day, so you can check your cash rewards total and request a reward when you have the time.

Your Rewards program offers a statement credit to your Account, Real Time Rewards, or an account deposit into an account at the financial institution associated with your account.

With the Rewards program, your cash rewards earning is unlimited.

Any cash rewards that you earn will remain in your account until the end of the calendar quarter, at 11:00 p.m. Central Time, that is 5 years from the date on which they were earned. Cash rewards are redeemed or expire on a first-in, first-out basis, so that the cash rewards you earned are used first before later earned cash rewards. All redemptions are final. For example, if you earned $500 in cash rewards in May 2024 and didn’t redeem the cash rewards for a reward, these cash rewards will remain in your account until the end of June 2029.

Your account must be open and in good standing in order to redeem cash rewards. Subject to applicable law, any remaining cash rewards will be lost when an account is closed.

Real-Time Rewards

It’s a new rewards method that enables you to instantly redeem cash rewards when you make a credit card purchase. Your mobile device can be used to immediately redeem cash rewards in the form of a credit to your monthly billing statement.

First, complete a 2-minute registration to set your preferences. Then, after you make a purchase that meets your preferences, and receive a text asking if you want to use cash rewards to redeem immediately after the purchase, simply reply ‘REDEEM’ to the message to complete the redemption. Your cash rewards will be deducted from your rewards balance and redeemed in the form of a credit to your monthly billing statement. See Program Rules for additional details.

Yes, you may assign a 10-digit U.S. mobile number to your accounts in good standing.

No. You may only assign one 10-digit U.S. mobile number per account.

The text message is sent at the time of the qualifying purchase. You have 24 hours from the time the purchase is made to respond to the text message and redeem rewards.

Most gas and restaurant purchases are not available for Real-Time redemption because they are often two-stage authorization processes. For instance, restaurant purchases often have a tip after the initial authorization.

No, Real-Time Rewards text messages are available only for transactions with U.S. merchants.

You may receive a Real-Time Rewards text message for an auto bill pay transaction if the purchase falls within your preference selections.

The statement credit may be different from your final purchase amount if the transaction included a gratuity, fees or estimated taxes.

You can opt-out at any time by going online to the Rewards Center or by texting ‘STOP’ to REDEEM (733336) or by calling the Rewards Center at 888-229-8864. After you opt-out, you may still receive text messages for up to 24 hours. Please see Program Rules for additional details.

Yes, you will receive messages based on the preferences you select and the purchases made with all of the employee business cards.
